Pros

You learn a lot by yourself. You'll be given some training but its not related to the job that your going to performed. So you will have to learn asking other and having a trial an error method. Lot of rookies in this company so you'll have your change to stand out and grow in a few month. But you'll have much more work with the same ridiculous low pay.

Cons

This people make you sing a non competence agreement but they will deny you a copy of it. When you get your evaluation they will not give you a copy of it and if you ask to make copies of your personal file they will treat you like you are a traitor, because they assume your are ready to leave to a company that will pay you decently. Management it's a joke, you will have to resolve clients problem without support. You will have to work by your self to comply with the client which is crazy, because this is a service company.

Pros

It is early my tenure with PACIV. However, I have worked for many employers many have been great and others...not so much so. However, PACIV for sure is in the top of the best. The culture is welcoming, management is open to feedback and they are available when needed. The founder of the Indianapolis office is always present in the office and jumps in on projects when needed as well. The ability for our employees to get the training they need to move up or over in their careers is excellent. PACIV is a small but growing company, lots of places say that, but they are growing, I am so happy here!

Cons

Nothing I can think of.
