Pros

Good colleagues, many challenges make you learn fast. Technology is facsinating. I did love this place when I was working here before 2018.

Cons

I do hate this place because it was from heaven to hell since 2018. CEO should be responsible for all of these. Wrong persons are on some key positions, some managers are not qualified to be people manager. Talented staff with potential has zero experience and company didn’t invest on training and developing them. Some managers are complacent and do not want to listen to others. There are politics in the office. Some leaders only trust someone they brought in the company. This small amount of people can abuse policy of company. When there is any problem, leaders were finding excuse to blame staff and try their best to avoid taking responsibilities. Poor efficiency in Finance management will kill the company soon because whenever the exec. met Financial situation, their only solution is redundancy. They never thought about how to do the business in an efficient way because there are a lot of people who are wasting money and flying everywhere. P2i is raising enemies with competitive salary & benefit. Almost all leavers don't like this company and exec. because they felt they were not respected when they were working in this company.

Pros

Great individuals on the tech side, incredibly intelligent and open to teahing newcomers what they know. Great atmoshphere too, everyone helps each other out and it feels like you can talk to anyone about anything. Day to day life is really enjoyable and is a good place to work.

Cons

Management. The execs and higher ups have no clue whats happening below them and don't particularly care either. Don't listen to advice from anyone actually dealing with the product and actively make decisions without considering or consulting the operations/development staff.
