      Good people, flexible timing and good leave policies

      sometimes overwork so you have to work on weekend but thats very rare like once in 6 months

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
