It's a fake company.. don't trust them.. they will ask everything about your family members in HR round to make sure that you are wealthy for them to loot you. Pros is that.. if you Research on it properly for 2 hrs you will understand, that it is a fake company..

They will be all ready with company domain email id... to make sure you believe them .. but again if go deep into investigation.. you will understand that it's a domine created by people who don't respond to you for confirmation... Simply search in website for gov registered companies you will see some other company name... which is striked off with their registered number.......HR.. They say it's in merging process ..but it's not true... you cannot find the CEO Identity anywhere .. no LinkedIn accounts .. which wil confirm that it's fake ...Overall it's to loot people...

1. Employee friendly policies. 2. If you got the right project matching to your skills, your tenure would be awesome. 3. Average hike is okay compare to other service based companies. 4. They do market corrections to match your pay relevant to the market. 5. Additinal bonus for niche and critical skills.

Most of managers just want the billing from the client for you, it doesn't matter to them if you are the right fit for the role or not.
