Pros
Some of the nursing staff are a lovely bunch but they deserve better.
Cons
1. No induction period or support in place for any member of staff who commences employment, whether that be a patient navigator to someone in senior leadership or managing a service. 2. Leadership are very quick to dismiss members of staff who raise concerns in order to maintain the businesses reputation 3. Leadership are clicky and never anywhere to be seen when you need support as they are “too busy” or “at capacity”. Phone calls and emails are regularly ignored when asking for help and then is quickly turned to imply that you are not doing your job correctly. 4. People are employed with no real experience of this sector and expected to just get on with it 5. Several sites across the company are being managed by people who have absolutely no idea what’s going on 6. Toxic cultures across several sites resulting in members of staff feeling bullied 7. Freedom to speak up guardian is unapproachable 8. CEO is rude and doesn’t even say hello when you’re in the same room 9. The culture is if your face fits you can stay in employment, if it doesn’t you’re gone 10. Very clever organisation that can go through loopholes to get what they want. 11. There is no work life balance, what type of organisation offers a full time contract of 40 hours? 12. Sites are understaffed because they’re too busy investing money into other organisations. 13. Surgeries will cover up mistakes to ensure they don’t look bad.
