OneGuard Response
9yI'm so sorry to hear that your experience with OneGuard did not meet your expectations. As the HR manager, I am in a position ti know about issues related to misuse of company systems. We have not experienced any kind of situation like the one described here. If we had, we certainly would not have held an employee accountable for the actions of a contracted, third-party vendor. Additionally, all of our employees are highly responsible and always lock or log out of the PC's at the end of their shift, or when on break or away from their workstations, in accordance with company policy, so I am certain this could not have happened. Nevertheless, if something of this nature did happen, I would have hoped that any affected team member would bring it to the attention of leadership immediately so that we could investigate and take appropriate action. We will certainly ensure that all of our employees know that this is not the kind of behavior we would ever tolerate.
Following our acquisition by American Home Shield, OneGuard no longer as an executive team; However, as a former member of that team, I am privy to every email that was ever generated by that group. Though I am not aware of anything that could have been considered "unprofessional," I would be very happy to dialogue with you about any communications that you felt were not up to par. If we erred in this regard, I will happily extend an apology to you on behalf of the company's leadership. Incidentally, OneGuard does not now, and never has, had an executive "committee." The concept of committees is somewhat contrary to our corporate culture; thus, this is a word not often used in our company.
Obviously I am personally biased, but I have never worked for a more ethical company in my 20+ year career.
