Treat providers as a source for management bonuses. Poor management, everyone in management is afraid of others in management and HR does what is told to say. This clinic is run on bullying and not patient care. Board of directors are not educated to make quality decisions and they agree to whatever HR, directors or CEO tell them to do. No input from providers to BOD (they are to be out of patient care decisions). If you are an inapt provider they promote you so you don’t have to do your job but tell others how to do it. They hire great providers but many who have past discipline on their licenses. They would be doing the public a favor and protecting the public if the employees had a union as Virginia Garcia in Portland. OCH is a hit and miss to receive adequate health care. Unfortunately most patients do not have choices on where they can go. I could never ever recommend it for employees who are proficient in their job. Have lawsuits per discrimination ongoing.
