A good company for as large as they are. Communication could be better between groups but they are actively working on it

Hired an impressive Chief People Officer They hired an amazing CPO, finally... and she cares about people and driving culture. She is not the common HR person ..she is fair. She looks at things from all sides ...seriously? How many HR folks do that? Also excited about other females joining the exec team. Finally!

Weird reporting structure. Legal should lead legal and may be risk, nothing else. Too much drama from that perspective. Too much drama on the exec level by CAO and his peers.
