Pros

They pay once fully certified is above average for comparable jobs. Training is all done in house so no previous automotive experience is required.

Cons

Poor management on a store level (especially in Elk Grove). Management frequently puts employees in dangerous situations. The constant sales pitching is annoying and will make you hate the job. Much of the company culture is smarmy and annoying. You will grow tired of "oilspeak" (the company has a secret code for everything they do in the shop). It grows tiring to speak that way and is kind of dishonest in how it is works.

Pros

Great atmosphere, Great culture/Teammates, franchise ttl automotive management of company is great and promising

Cons

Be prepared to always be short staffed and always work at least 45 hours and sometimes be expected to work 53 to even 60 hours in a week if it’s that short staffed and pretty much never get consecutive days off

Pros

The work is pretty easy, as long as you can memorize presentations for additives and services its pretty easy and doesnt take too much work. Service writers do the majority of the work under the hood

Cons

A lot of social interaction.
