Pros
- competitive salary - leadership hired a great bunch of people which were the best part of the job - interesting space to be in -flexible working
Cons
-I implore you to look at the employee churn rate and take this very seriously. This had a huge knock on effect on culture and morale. -impossible targets which were seemingly fabricated out of thin air. No sales person throughout my tenure came remotely close to reaching even 20% of target. - zero collaboration between teams, despite employees pushing for this. Team members are siloed. -serious serious issues with culture, almost entirely stemming from leadership. No feedback from employees was taken seriously by leadership, even when there were common and persistent themes recurring which may have been solved if they were addressed. -zero room for progression, even for employees who had been at the company 3+ years. Career development not of importance to leadership. No 121s or mentorship.
