Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and for providing your feedback. I completely agree that the role of Energy Specialist is a really demanding one, and that there are lots of aspects to the role that aren't just calls and emails. We are constantly looking for better ways to measure and quantify all of the other pieces of work that go on in the background to support our customers and I do think we are getting closer to that so I'm hopeful you'll see the fruits of these changes soon.

Cons
Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
