Pros
Octopus is a very flexible and supportive company to work for. They have allowed me to move around to different departments. They have shown support, interest and understanding in aspects of my life inside and outside of work. They supported my decision to go back to university by allowing me to go part-time. They encourage personal growth and development. The team leaders and colleagues are kind and helpful. Communication is also great. Overall a very enjoyable place to work.

The starting salaries are not the best.
