      Pros

      Easy access to the market. Work as a full employee since day 1 (doing real work not serving coffee) Friendly environment

      Cons

      They don’t value the professional growth of their employees. They don’t rely on their promises. They don’t care of leaving you without a job from one day till the other without valid reason. They just rely on the company’s growth without caring of their employees. They want you to do the work of 5 persons and being paid for one. Board too involved. Lots of micromanaging. HR does not give any answer to any topic. They just ignore your requests.

      Healthy work pace, low stress levels. Stable company

      Cons

      Lack of processes and accountability for results. Feedback is not commonly given, and no one speaks to you directly about expectations. Even the simplest task takes a lot of time and faces resistance due to the fragmentation of teams

      Pros

      Very good environment: young, friendly, dynamic. Very good possibility of growing for committed employees. Periodic checks on employees' satisfaction to gather ideas for internal improvement. Diverse tasks and high-level knowledge gained in a relatively short time. Very good benefits basket.

      Cons

      The job is demanding and requires hard work and commitment to learn and work on diverse topics. It may take some time for newcomers to understand the added value of gaining so much knowledge.
