The initially quoted remuneration was substantially higher, with a considerable portion positioned as reimbursable expenses that were routinely delayed for several months, creating financial strain. - Work-life balance was severely eroded. Despite stated office hours, there existed an unrelenting expectation of perpetual availability, encompassing frequent late-night virtual meetings, after-hours calls, and unsolicited communications during public holidays, personal leave, or medical absences. Senior leadership exhibited a consistent failure to respect time-zone differences, local cultural norms, and individual personal boundaries. - Management demonstrated a fundamental lack of respect for employees as professionals and individuals. Feedback on workload feasibility was routinely dismissed, last-minute directives and impracticable deadlines—such as demanding completion of extensive tasks within unrealistically compressed timelines—were commonplace, with minimal regard for personal well-being or professional autonomy. - Onboarding and developmental support were virtually absent.
