      Pros

      The co-workers were friendly and surprisingly dedicated.

      Cons

      The company hired me to be a change agent, but when push came to shove they were not interested in change at all. The company is sill running on old systems that are clunky and not conducive to quick turn-around changes that clients want and need. No structure around project management, no documentation, very poor communication.

      work life balance. Employees are very friendly. Company cares about employees.

      HR takes forever in getting back to you Some people had to go back into the office while others still remained remote. Raises pay increase had been reduced
