Pros
Nulab is good at offering flexibility and supporting your work style. Employees are spread around the world, so the company uses a combination of hybrid, remote, and in-office work, depending on personal preference. When I was first onboarded, everything was very organized, and I knew exactly what to expect in terms of workload and expectations for the first few months. I enjoyed being a part of the team I worked with. Since employees use the company's own collaborative software and project management apps, the workflows are pretty adaptable to remote work. Meetings on my team were never excessive and only ramped up close to important deadlines. I never felt micromanaged, and it was easy to put forth ideas and actually have them implemented quickly. There's room to grow and take on different responsibilities if that's important to you, and you're genuinely encouraged to use your PTO, sick days, and parental leave to take care of yourself. It's not held hostage. Overall, my time there was good, and I got to work on some interesting projects.
Cons
Nothing that applies to me personally
