Leadership is supportive, acknowledges individual, group, and company success. When issues arise, they do not waste time placing blame, but rather focus on improvements moving forward and solving issues as a team while relying on data and area expert guidance.

As with any Biotech startup, the benefits and pay are on the low end, but they make up for this with a great work/life balance and are very understanding of the challenges of raising kids and having a family outside of work.

Some entry-level staff are kind and supportive. If you’re looking to quietly collect a paycheck, stay out of sight, and never ask questions, this may be a good temporary job.

Raises and advancement depend on who you know, not what you deliver. Management spreads the little guy thin, but panics when you raise concerns or pushback. I witnessed administrative manipulation and widespread policy evasion.
