the people are nice, work doesnt follow you home, supervisors are chill, ppe and transparency are nice. work is easy and not being rushed so far.
Cons
no overtime as of now and fear of layoffs. on 40 hour work weeks you wont go home with much. 3 shifts thatll have you working nightshift with tuesday Wedsenday off. no time differential from those shifts. might work 15-30 years on second with no more pay.
