Pros
- good management who provide support and who are clear about what they need you to do - small company where you are able to make a real difference and where decision making is (fairly) quick - everyone works really hard to make a difference, although there can sometimes be some conflict of interests - good pay - opportunities to get experience and promotion - culture really improved as tough changes were made over the years to address failings and negative "toxic" staff have left the company (thank god!)
Cons
- growing fast therefore normal teething issues which has been disruptive to the team - needs more investment in products and people
