Great Company to Work for
9 Oct 2022 - Account Manager in Dublin, DublinRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great culture, great team members, lots of room to grow once you know what direction you want to head in and even if you don't they will help you provided you speak to your manager and let them know what you want. Good product and a great learning experience, you will seriously upgrade your knowledge in the adtech space with a role at AdRoll. Lots of autonomy
Cons
For me personally there were none but Nextroll is very performance focussed which doesn't suit everyone. Its also very autonomous meaning there isn't a lot of hand holding which also might not suit everyone. Benefits aren't great but compensation can be very lucrative with good performance.
Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. It is always great to hear about people’s experience of our people and culture in which we invest so much. We are immensely proud of our very comprehensive onboarding experience and ongoing Sales Enablement Program that sets individuals up to really be owners of their books of business. Our managers are equally equipped to coach and support their teams but yes, our account management positions are very autonomous. -Amy LeBold, EVP, People

Nice people, terrible structure and goals, especially for the US
19 Apr 2023 - Acount Executive in Salt Lake City, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Nice people, friendly, good perks, good benefits, good remote options
Cons
Terrible product for mid-side brands, they have no clue how to differentiate their product offer between mid-side vs growth accounts. They always give priority and most effort to the EMEA team, America is not really in the picture. They overworked account managers and account executives since they got rid of so many people, which is hurting their team's morale. Last year they hired too many sales but hardly any BDRs (still not many BDRs today) which gave the sales team the load of work to prospect and close at the same time. There was no organization and structure through the process, which in the end made the company realize that they over hired sellers, ending up with more than 33% layoff turnout up to today. As it is today, they seem to be ok because there are only a handful of sellers and AMs running accounts, enough for what they can run. Lastly, they have gone through so many CEOs and other leaders, which confirms the reason for so many turnovers and layoffs in the last two years.
