Mindless, repetitive work, with no clear instructions or leadership so you really don't have to worry about quality control because they don't check on anyone they rely solely on the honor system, which usually falls through.
Can do as many drugs as you like before or during work, with no accountability for years, drop your pills on the floor, hell, you can OD on opiates at work and have your coworkers find you!
Cons
They will threated to cut everyone's pay to minimum wage if they find out you have discussed pay rates between employees.
No leadership around resolving issues between employees.
Disorganized and untrustworthy chain of command.
Mismanaged funds, and lost contracts being blamed on low level staff.
Dishonest PTO policy.
Disorganized daily schedule, stressful work environment.
Made an easy, relaxed job very high anxiety because of the lack of leadership, felt like we were being taken advantage of.
