1. You will work on core PHP only. They have their own wrapper on Drupal, so you never get to work on Drupal. 2. Lack of process. Your mentor will assign task,some second person will give you another task and third person who doesn't know anything about what you are working on will argue with you for your performance. 3. Mobile phone is not allowed inside office.(Few are allowed to carry the phones inside the office) .Partiality is at it's peak. 4. Have a habit of calling everyone SIR. 5. First Saturday of month is working Saturday. If national holiday comes on first Saturday then they will adjust your working day on other Saturday. ####_logic. Etc.
