- most get a company phone and laptop - can be easy to talk to your boss - good coffee
Cons
- no structure for performance reviews - career advancement opportunities are extremely rare - management will be rewarded for successful projects, not the people that worked on them - bare minimum benefits - under average pay, no clear structure or process for increases - confusing and frequently changing management structure - little appreciation for quality work
