Pros
Fully remote.
Workload is fairly light for me.
Very few pointless meetings that should have been emails.
Some members of staff are really good at what they do.
Cons
VERY low salary.
Possibly illegal practices, especially around GDPR.
Very poor communication both within and across teams. Don’t expect to know what’s going on, even if knowing is critical to your job role.
You will never be given an accurate timeframe on anything. It may be over a year out.
Some members of staff are completely incompetent. I’m not exaggerating, this is often an ‘I question whether they’re literate’ level of incompetence.
