Pros
NetQoS has some of the best and brightest in the industry. Sales Executives were trained for 3 months on Customer Centric Selling, Products, Competiion, Positioning, Presentation Skills, How to run meetings etc. Sales had to be certified in each discipline before a final certification presentation. This demonstrated the commitment of the company to each individuals success.
Cons
I am reaching to find any negatives.Early on the sales compensation lagged the industry, however that changed in 2008. Now that its CA its moot.
