I am not sure in which ways management is a con, but I encourage you to reach out to us to discuss how we can improve. Your comment regarding the skill of resources is a little surprising. We do spend a lot of time hiring great people and then further the training framework spends considerable time on each person for continuous skill enhancement. If you have come across specific areas of improvement, you should definitely convey such occurrences to both the training team as well as senior management.
