      ability to work across multiple different part of the exchange. Being a part of a new type of trading

      Management does not recognize hard work. Management is not data driven. Exchange is Profits are based on money being take from poor people and giving it to market makers. Sychophantic bosses. The kiss up and kick down. Overwhelming compliance issues.
