      I joined as fresher at NTT DATA with package 350000 package but didn't get hike after even having 1.7 years of experience also. Nearly having 2 years of experience still they are paying 350000 per year.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
