Unfair Hiring Practices Especially for Contract Faculty - Faculty NSCC Employee Review

Politics and unfair hiring is ridiculous. So many excellent and experienced contract faculty are passed over at the end of their contracts for inexperienced and less skilled individuals who know or are preferred by someone with hiring influence. Your education, experience, skills and contributions to NSCC are irrelevant. Almost impossible to get permanent employment. If you want to see people that you trained and/or mentored get hired over you, this is definitely the place to work.
