    Pros

    - some opportunities for growth - opportunities to travel - discounts on Nike, converse, hurley products - 40 hr contract

    Cons

    Cons

Ability to prioritize and say no. It’s a challenge. Also the ability to work remotely if the job isn’t tied to corporate.Nike needs to evolve here. Even in collaborative environment employees are demanding this nowadays. Have to find ways to make it work.
