      if you want to work there, there are opportunities to grow staff are passionate, diligent

      Cons

      hard to balance with school many roles; not limited to just cash but other aspects hard to get leave (sick, vacation,etc)

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
