Great place to work if you have a good placement - Management Trainee NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme Employee Review

Not much involvement from Leadership academy with placements, if your placement is not supportive or your placement manager hasn't got experience with trainees, it can be a very difficult time on the scheme. LA is not interested in resolving and continue to give opportunity to placements that poorly supported trainees, they don't hold placements accountable and haven't got any plans to improve this.
