      Great product for SMB market

      Cons

      Lots of changes after Paychex acquisition - professional services team (implementation and support) did not have "project management" type mentality, nor did their leadership! Quickly and negatively impacted existing clients, and no references for new opps

      Pros

      It was a great company to work for. Pay was solid, coworkers were wonderful, and office was comfortable.

      Cons

      Company was acquired by another company and most employees were either fired or quit.

      Pros

      Well established company with substantial budgets (from Paychex - the umbrella company) and Executives that are extremely open to suggestions, ideas & feedback.

      Cons

      Too much red tape when it comes to budget and other approvals.
