Pros

Good place to learn if you don't have experience, nice and friendly people. Good benefits for health, vision and retirement plan. Business hours are 8am thru 5pm, Monday thru Friday (except for sales staff, they work longer hours).

Cons

Management hierarchy rules where some titles are by inheritance and some it seems by brown nosing only. It shows in their poor performance and judgement along with their frequently changing decision making on how anything should be handled. Salaries are the lowest when compared among its peer like Wismettac or JFC. Not knowing how to speak Japanese makes it harder to grow or be heard and sales meetings are all in Japanese, even if you don't understand it you have to be seating there listening for almost two hours every Friday. The current president is nothing like the one before and some of his AVPs and managers are elitist who have claimed that Japanese DNA is above others. They are hypocrites who hire non Japanese to get to their communities because they know they cannot do it as Japanese yet make you feel less for not being Japanese.

Pros

All workers treat each other like family members. Kind and respectful to everyone. Especially the managers, they have great personalities. Customers keep coming back to buy more products because of the way workers receive them with their order. Good amount of hours to work here. Union benefits. Good paying job. Seeks personnel to work here.

Cons

Some workers keep to themselves. They're focus on their job and don't talk to much with other workers. Many orders to be fulfilled, not too many workers or delivery drivers.

Pros

*Everyone here is genuinely nice and friendly *Cool industry, opportunities to learn about Japanese food and sake *Stable company, the numbers are really impressive *Lots of lateral opportunities based on what you're skilled in or interested in

Cons

*They will lie to your face about it being hybrid to get you to accept the offer then ask you to come into the office every day *Everyone is sick at the office all the time. Even when you're sick with something serious (with COVID!) they ask you to come into the office. *Weird nepotism with unqualified people in leadership positions
