Cons
Since the team is quite small, there is often a lot of work to handle. It frequently requires reinventing yourself and being adaptable to tasks outside of your main area of expertise. As in many tech companies after Covid, hiring has been frozen, and when someone leaves, they are not replaced. This leads to the redistribution of responsibilities among those who stay.
