Pros

When I needed to be in the UK and needed a job Multitech helped me. I was already a qualified electrician but knew nothing about 'temporary' electrics. Multitech trained me to be a temps electrician. After six months I unfortunately had to return home but will always be grateful to Multitech for their support and understanding and for the additional skills and safety training they gave me that will help me get a job wherever I go. A lot of the other Multitech electricians I worked with had been with Multitech for years having originally started as trainees - I'd hoped to do the same but my circumstances prevented it. Definitely a company worth working for.

Cons

Working on constructions sites, you are not allowed to smoke and taking cigarette breaks is not always practical. The work is sometimes outdoors and in all weathers.

Pros

Some really nice team members and made some good friends over the years.

Cons

Management not interested in others opinions and not wanting to change. No two days are the same, The management either start the day calm and engaging or come in with verbal abuse. I dont even think they realise they are doing it and people are afraid to say anything. If they did then they would be out the door. Treading on eggshells. Alot of unhappy people that feel stuck in their jobs.

Pros

Super friendly team vibes! Felt like family from day one. Managers actually listen – felt comfortable chatting about anything. Great mix of people and always something new to learn. They really get the work-life balance thing, made juggling life stuff much easier.

Cons

If you're not into fast-paced work, it might take a sec to adjust, but honestly, it's all part of the fun.
