Pros
Passionate people, especially the creatives. People are generally nice - the teams are open to helping each other out and not too bound by red-tapes around their job description. Management also generally tries to prioritise welfare and transparency where possible which is much appreciated. Office environment is generally pleasant, even when things get stressful/fast-paced.
Cons
Feels like management/HR lets bullying/toxic behaviour slide sometimes which impacts many on the team - especially when it's propagated by more senior staff members. There are also people who consistently don't deliver work, skive off or push work to others (despite the agency already being tight on resources), but are still given chances and no actual consequences despite higher-ups/seniors knowing about the behaviour.
