Stay away - Anonymous employee Motivus Employee Review

They have no clue what they are doing. Turnover is an INSANE issue and nothing is done about it. New person is brought in, wants to go X direction, then they leave. New person, new direction, they leave. You get the picture. You would think that they would turn to HR for advise.. oh wait, complete turnover in the HR department (US) within 6-8 months. Ouch. I was sold that AT was a great place but since I've been in, nothing but lack of communication, lack of direction, trust. Some employees I worked with received stock but not all.. why? No idea since they never sent out communication on who was eligible. Not that the stock is doing great anyway.
