Pros

Great people working there and everyone gets along

Cons

Lack of communication, lack of leadership, lack of any sort of on-boarding which sets you up to fail - refuses to listen to outsiders for help or help employees when they ask for help or guidance. Unable to set roles and responsibilities for their current employees and set lanes to work in. Talk about what the future brings but no decisions are ever made. Company also has a reputation with not being able to pay their vendors on-time which makes it hard to manage partners. No insurance is offered. There is no work life balance, when issues arise at the family level, they say family first and they allow you to do what you need to do but then punish you later on. Definitely would not recommend to work here.
