Pros
I like who I work with. Even though the company is 100% remote there is still a connection between us all. They have been flexible with any time I needed time off and offer what a lot of other small companies no longer offer after Covid. If ever we are unhappy we know that we can come to our management team members and let them know. They make it a point to at least consider our concerns and in the end always find a way to make it right for everyone. I've seen some bad reviews on here and most of those are by people that have left and/or not let go because they were not producing. What they claim as far as the number of dials or the requirements or expectations the company supposedly has is completely false, In the end, this is a production job and it is our job to produce. Any recruiting and sales job is like that, you have to bring the money in, period.
Cons
On some of those suggestions or concerns, they may not move as fast as I'd like. But recently, the company has made some changes that at first I thought were not going to work. But I see it turning now. I also wish there was more interaction and company fun stuff, like social or virtual team stuff. It helps to pull you out of the pit when you are having a hard month and get you back on top. Camaraderie is important.
