The work culture is positive, and management provides flexibility depending on the job role, while the tech team is fully remote, which provides good flexibility for employees. Management also listens to employee feedback and continuously works on improving both the product and company culture. It is also a good place to learn and grow in the fintech industry with opportunities to work on real products and responsibilities.

Merchant coverage can still be expanded further across more regions in Sri Lanka as the company continues to grow.

Good for those who prefer a low-stress environment. Workload is manageable and rarely overwhelming.
