Pros
Working at Metamarkets was an extremely rewarding experience. It's a fast moving startup environment where there are no barriers to learning. Strong engineering team. Open culture. The head of product, Jacob Mattingley, is extremely solid. Customers love the product and many use it on a daily basis. Excellent compensation.
Cons
If you're not interested in working in a startup environment, this might not be a great fit for you. Also, you should be willing to work with advertising technology customers. However, they are likely to spread to other verticals as Metamarkets' technology is powerful and applicable to many types of customers who need reporting / analytics on high-volume timeseries data.
