      Nice office Free catered lunches every day Excellent health plan 401K vesting upto $2000 Nice colleagues

      Cons

      Poor leadership team. Political, nepotistic and inexperienced. US CEO has no understanding of technology or vision for business. Messy financials. Regular bailouts from Japan to stay afloat. Pretend to be a startup but behave like a really big company. Wear a cloak of values like "All for one", "Be professional", "Go bold" but its all corporate speak

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
