(from the perspective of an engineer) Awesome People - MeYou Health is by far one of the best places I've ever worked. The people at MeYou Health are talented, driven, and incredibly supportive of each other. Short meetings - most meetings are never over two hours. Meetings are driven by goals to ensure efficiency and everyone has an equal say. When decisions are tough, we have excellent product managers to help make final, tough decisions. The Day-to-Day: Iterative process, weekly sprints, morning scrums, data-driven decisions, code reviews, weekly technical and non-technical brown-bags, and continuous learning from your peers. Open floorplan - Facilitates collaboration but remains respectfully quiet (see #1, Awesome People) Weekly Product Demos and Company Updates: Product demos present the new developments taking place in each product and company updates provide transparency for management decisions and the company's overall health. But wait, there's more! - Truly, there are many more benefits to working for MYH, including: funding for continued education / conferences, competitive salary, benefits, and community involvement.

Having a parent company is a benefit and struggle at times since we're unable to manage our own sales.
