Poor management The CEO is not engaged with anyone outside of the Exec Team and he is out of touch. He believes being back in an office will fix the culture. The Cheif People Officer is his mouthpiece and she is also out of touch on her own island in Seattle. Overworked hours with the expectation to work holidays/ birthdays/ weekends and your vacation time. Flex PTO is a joke. Small teams with not enough resources and lots of burnout They do not pay competitive and legacy Magnite employees are paid more than other employees who are at the same skillset or have more skillset Split culture due to mergers that they haven't managed well Poor diversity No growth opportunities
