Madwire truly is at the cutting edge of marketing, continually striving to bring new product offerings to clients while staying competitive in the industry. In this job, I have been continuously pushed to grow and improve myself in many ways, and am better because of it. I'm extremely thankful for this job and can see myself staying here for the foreseeable future.

This job is hard. It's extremely fast-paced and requires a high degree of organization, grit, and dedication to find success. For me, I thrive being pushed and spurred on to be the best version of myself, but the taxing nature of this job is not for everyone. You will learn so much about marketing, business, psychology, etc. but you will feel overwhelmed at times.

So many. -High pressure and no reward for working hard -Endless hoops to jump though for using “unlimited” PTO -Micromanaging encouraged -Culture is very cult-like -They lie to clients about “custom products” -Benefits are crap and expensive
