Pros
The only pros of this company was that the company was paying decent for the labourer-like work (which their C-Level leaders and the HR team think that they are paying well, actually you will earn twice, thrice or more if you will work like the animals), now they are not doing that as well. While they say that they are growing a lot because of the employees, at the same time they will not give you your hard earned increment (not happened with me but got to know from one of the contacts in the HR team, so worried if this is going to happen with me as well soon). In short, if you love your life and family, don't make a lifetime mistake to join this company. Director and VP from the Jaipur Development team are really awesome, supportive and inspiring (super technical and a good human being as well from whom you can learn a lot), they will support you as much as they can in their capacity.
Cons
- Worst work life balance, though they are showing off that now they are putting efforts to improve that but when it comes to project delivery they will deliver all the projects in the short timeline only because of the false commitments made to the client and then you have to work like animals. - They will make your life hell as they will always get projects in emergency mode only - HR team is not able to hire any of the best talents because of multiple reasons and that impacts you as well, as you have to work for longer hrs (22-24 hrs as well sometimes and I am not kidding) on the projects to deliver on the false urgent timelines (This clearly shows that they don't follow the labour laws and their only priority is client [in other words "Money"], not their so called family members) - Brace yourself for the 'F' word used by their C-Level team members if they are not happy with you, so if you can sell your self respect for the minimal amount of the money, welcome to the world of "The horror Company" (which they think they are paying above the market standards - repeating again - that's not the case, please do the proper market study) - Culture and hashtags are not genuine, this company only cares about money, not the people
