Pros
Offered hybrid working in some instances.
Cons
In my experience, the workplace culture raised serious concerns around professionalism and fairness. I encountered behaviour that I considered inappropriate and, at times, crossed professional boundaries, which contributed to an uncomfortable working environment. I also felt that standards were not applied consistently, while some individuals were penalised for relatively minor issues, other more serious concerns did not appear to be addressed with the same level of scrutiny. There was a clear sense that outcomes could depend on relationships rather than merit, and that policies were not always enforced evenly across teams. When broader cultural concerns were raised, these did not seem to result in meaningful change, which made it difficult to feel confident in the organisation’s commitment to maintaining a fair and respectful workplace. Overall, this inconsistency in both culture and policy application undermined trust in management and the processes in place.
