Great Company! - Head Review MC2 Design Group Employee Review

Great group of people to work with. Healthy and fun work environment. Open communcation. You never feel like their is a heirarchy or pecking order. Everyone is on the same team and willing to help eachother out.

Onboarding and training could be improved. Compensation less than larger companies.

There is a quote by Roy Disney, "When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.". This quote reflects how MC2 operates the business. MC2 places a high value on doing things with excellence; this is not limited to tasks, but also in the way we treat others. MC2 has the goal of growing the business and increasing the bottom line and benefiting the people who make up the company. Some companies see these two goals as competing, but MC2 sees them both as necessary. To bless the people that work for MC2, MC2 must continue to grow financially and provide more opportunities.

The processes and systems are not dialed in, leading to a lot of recreating the wheel with projects. That being said, it's much better than it used to be. :)
