Pros
I have really enjoyed my 20+ months at the company so far. I love the people I work with as everyone at all levels is really down-to-earth, whilst also being great at what they do. I get to work on some really interesting projects and the variety of my job keeps me on my toes. The pay is great for my role and I've had 2 pay-increases and 2 company bonus payouts since joining at the end of 2021. The dynamic working is genuinely that too - teams and individuals get to agree their best ways/places/times of working. When I'm on site, I always take advantage of the super cheap food and barista coffees.
Cons
The décor in some of the offices could be improved, but I work from home mostly so that's not a major issue for me! The business is (overly) complex in structure and how departments and job titles are named, in my opinion. Which means it can be quite a steep learning curve when joining MBDA.
